The project

Ethicru is a project of Punto Equo – fair trade organisation – that aims to be the leading brand in organic coffee for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel.

Our mission is to increase the consumption of coffee and fair products certified Fairtrade and Bio in the “out-of-home” refreshement services.

Organic and Fair trade coffee is not our only product: we distribute fair trade snack and beverage in work places and recreational venues to spread them and increase their equity.

Italian
coffee

From Cru to Coffee

Our blend are only made out of raw material of the hightest quality. They are crafted by the traditional italian roasting master.

The results are an incredible coffee aroma, a full and harmonic taste and an intense and long-lasting cream.
Our blends, after years of experience, mix coffee with different origines in order to balance their different features. In this way we are able to ensure a consistent flavour even if lots and harvests are different from one year to another.

Raw materials are imported only after a deep analysis of selected samples made by our roasting master.
After this skimming the materials still undergo quality control in factory.

THE MEANING
OF FAIR TRADE

The term defines a commercial partnership based on communicative exchange, trasparency and respect. The goal is to add fairness to the international market.

Fairtrade helps sustainable development by offering better commercial conditions and protecting the rights of farmers and marginalized workers in the developing countries.

WHAT ORGANIC AGRICOLTURE IS?

The term “organic agricolture” refers to a farming method that only allows to use natural substances, that is the ones available in nature; and excluding the use of chemical substances like fetilizers, herbicides, insecticides.

Organic agricolture aims to develop a production method that avoids excessively exploiting natural resources, like soil, water and air. Said resources are integrated into an enduring development model.
